This is like being in a 1940 movie. It is such a grand place. I felt like I was in The Great Gatsby! The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. They arranged our airport shuttles. The room is huge!!!

The hotel is beautiful, offering a unique and picturesque setting. There is amazing history to the place and if you have a moment, ask reception about it as it's amazing. Breakfast was good, there's a good choice but the setup is a little confusing as there's no dining room as such but rather you approach the bar and choose your breakfast. It's clear that some regular visitors already know this but for those who are new, it's not easily discovereable information. There is a free service to the airport which is perfect and can be requested at reception or via email before your visit.

location, upgraded room with space, lovely view and kettle makes a difference. lots of good advice from friendly staff. c,one to public transport and very comfortable and easy to come and go. also no paying upfront,only in departure which I prefer.

Nice big room and very good bathroom. Had a very good breakfast, good selection of food. Close to local train station, cheap travel to the centre.

Location much nicer than expected. The lady in the bar made great coffee and was extremely nice.

Overall, the hotel is nice with all of the necessary amenities. It is not very close to the centre of Bilbao, but it is located just 5 minutes from the airport with a taxi.

The location was our first choice but arriving at the property, beautiful facade , spacious room for 3 ,restaurant with a good selection and a ride to airport!

Big spacious room. Comfortable beds. Helpful reception staff. Practical restaurant for breakfast. Free Airport shuttle in morning.

We stayed to be near the airport as we had a very early flight. Wonderful location and the hotel has contracted Taxi service as a shuttle to the airport in the AM.
